The properties are being sold in “AS-IS” condition and no warranties are made regarding property condition. The Buyer will be responsible for all renovations and renovation costs to achieve occupancy. All TCLB properties are sold with clear and insurable title.

Reno-Lite Properties

Reno-Lite Properties are move in ready. They have been renovated to the point where they will pass an occupancy inspection, but may require some additional updates by the Buyer.

Vacant Lot

Vacant lots are properties without any existing structures.
