Renovation Required Properties are not habitable and will not receive an occupancy certificate in their current condition. The properties are being sold in “AS-IS” condition and no warranties are made regarding property condition. The Buyer will be responsible for all renovations and renovation costs to achieve occupancy. All TCLB properties are sold with clear and insurable title.
