The first step in buying a TCLB property is scheduling a property showing. This showing will give you the opportunity to see the property up close and decide if you want to move forward in the application process. Each individual interested in visiting the Property must complete a Property Access Agreement prior to being admitted to the Property.

Property visits will be scheduled in 15 minute intervals, so your visit may overlap with another person or group’s visit. If you’d like to schedule a 30 minute visit please contact Joel Garceau at 412-462-7600 or [email protected].
